After watching the video do the vocabulary activities. You can print them or choose those you like best and do them on your notebook or on a sheet. You are going to do it very well, you are  great artists!!

ST PATRICK'S DAY - 1st and 2nd

Let's start working on festivities: St Patrick's Day! 17th March. 

Imos empezar traballando sobre a festividade de St Patrick's Day, día nacional de Irlanda. E podemos facelo do seguinte xeito: 

1. Mirar os videos: o primeiro é un video sinxelo sobre esta data. (Non vos preocupedes se non o entendedes todo, non é esa a idea, é para ver un pouco de información xeral sobre esa data). O segundo é un video sobre o vocabulario que imos traballar, son os símbolos desta festividade tradicional (se vos apetece podedes buscar información para saber o que significan)

2. Despois de ver o video podedes completar a ficha poñendo o nome da festividade, a data  e copiando e debuxando os símbolos (se non tedes impresora podedes facelo igualmente nun folio).

3. Facer un marcapáxinas. Podedes escoller un destes modelos e colorear ou facer un pola vosa conta escribindo unha desas frases e decorando cos símbolos da festividade.

SAINT PATRICK'S DAY - VIDEOS AND ACTIVITIES

Hello children!

This week we are going to learn a lot about Saint Patrick's Day.

Hola chicos y chicas:

Esta semana vamos a aprender muchas cosas sobre el Dia de San Patricio. 

You can follow these steps:

Podéis seguir estos pasos:

1st : Watch the video.

1º : Mira el video.

TRADITIONAL IRISH MUSIC

2nd: Pay attention to the new vocabulary and after watching the video print the activities or (if you don't have a printer) draw the pictures with the vocabulary.

2º: Presta atención al nuevo vocabulario y después de ver el vídeo imprime las actividades o, si no tienes impresora, dibuja las imágenes con el vocabulario.

 

 

3rd: Make a MiniBook. Print the following sheet, color, cut and fold it following the lines:

- - - - - - - - -  cut

3º: Haz un Minilibro. Imprime la siguiente ficha, colorea, corta y dóblala siguiendo las líneas:  

- - - - - - - - - cortar

 ---------------- doblar 

 

4th: Video Song. Watch the video 

4º. Canción. Mira el vídeo. 

5th: Draw some pictures to tell the Saint Patrick's story. You can write some sentences.

5º Dibuja algunas imágenes para contar la historia de San Patricio. Puedes escribir algunas frases.

6th Make your Saint Patrick's Bookmark. Choose what you like best, print, color, stick on a cardboard and cut it. 

6º Haz tu marcapáginas de San Patricio. Elige el que más te guste, imprímelo, colorea, pega en una cartulina y recórtalo.

 

7th: Print this word search and try to find the words. Good luck!

7º: Imprime la sopa de letras e intenta encontrar las palabras. ¡Buena suerte!
